名前方向説明
hRightDWORDin対象の権利オブジェクトハンドル。
puRightNameLengthDWORD*inout入力時に名前バッファ長、出力時に必要長を示すポインタ。
wszRightNameLPWSTRoutoptional権利名を受け取る出力バッファ。NULLでサイズ問い合わせ可。
pstFromSYSTEMTIME*inout権利の有効開始日時を受け取るSYSTEMTIMEポインタ。NULL可。
