名前方向説明
dataalljoyn_aboutdatain対応言語一覧を取得する対象のAboutデータハンドル。
languageTagsCHAR**in言語タグ文字列ポインタを書き込む配列。NULLで件数のみ取得。
numUINT_PTRinlanguageTags配列の容量(要素数)。

戻り値の型: UINT_PTR
