名前方向説明
iter1UCharIterator*inout比較する第一文字列のUCharIteratorへのポインタ。
iter2UCharIterator*inout比較する第二文字列のUCharIteratorへのポインタ。
codePointOrderCHARinTRUEならコードポイント順、FALSEならコードユニット順で比較する。
