パラメーター

名前方向説明
zoneTypeUSystemTimeZoneTypein列挙するタイムゾーン種別を示すUSystemTimeZoneType列挙値。
regionLPCSTRin対象地域コード(国/地域)。NULLで全地域。
rawOffsetINT*inフィルタに用いるミリ秒単位の標準時オフセット。NULLで無視。
ecUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードを入出力するポインタ。呼出前に成功値で初期化する。
