名前方向説明
csmUCaseMap*inout区切り反復子を設定する対象のUCaseMapを指す。
iterToAdoptUBreakIterator*inoutタイトルケース用に所有権ごと引き渡す区切り反復子。NULL可。
pErrorCodeUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードを入出力するポインタ。呼出前に成功値で初期化する。
