名前方向説明
argsUConverterFromUnicodeArgs*inoutFromUnicodeコールバックの引数構造体へのポインタ。
sourceLPCSTRin出力に書き込むバイト列へのポインタ。
lengthINTinsourceのバイト数。
offsetIndexINTin書き込むバイトに対応付ける入力オフセット。
errUErrorCode*inoutエラーコードを入出力するポインタ。事前にU_ZERO_ERRORで初期化する。
