パラメーター

名前方向説明
toConverterNameLPCSTRin変換先の符号化名(NUL終端)。
fromConverterNameLPCSTRin変換元の符号化名(NUL終端)。
targetLPSTRin変換結果を受け取る出力バッファ。
targetCapacityINTintargetバッファのバイト容量。
sourceLPCSTRin変換元のバイト列へのポインタ。
sourceLengthINTinsourceのバイト数。-1でNUL終端を意味する。
pErrorCodeUErrorCode*inoutエラーコードを入出力するポインタ。事前にU_ZERO_ERRORで初期化する。
