名前方向説明
collUCollator*in対象の照合器(UCollator)を指す。
contractionsUSet*inout縮約文字集合を受け取るUSet。不要ならNULL可。
expansionsUSet*inout展開文字集合を受け取るUSet。不要ならNULL可。
addPrefixesCHARin接頭辞付き文字も含めるか指定する真偽値。
statusUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードを入出力するポインタ。呼出前に成功値で初期化する。
