パラメーター

名前方向説明
localeLPCSTRin対象のロケールID。
dateDOUBLEin通貨数を数える対象日時(UDate, 1970年起点ミリ秒)。
ecUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードを受け渡すポインタ。U_ZERO_ERRORへ初期化が必要。

戻り値の型: INT
