名前方向説明
fmtvoid**inout数値書式を割り当てるUDateFormatハンドル。
fieldsWORD*in適用先フィールドを表すパターン記号の文字列。UTF-16配列。
numberFormatToSetvoid**inout割り当てるUNumberFormat。所有権がudatへ移譲される。
statusUErrorCode*inoutICUのエラーコード。呼び出し前に成功値で初期化する。

戻り値の型: void
