パラメーター

名前方向説明
formatvoid**inoutパターンを適用するUDateFormatハンドル。
localizedCHARinパターンがローカライズ済みか示すブール値。TRUEで地域化記号を使う。
patternWORD*in適用する日付書式パターン文字列。UTF-16のWORD配列。
patternLengthINTinパターンの長さ(UTF-16単位)。-1でNUL終端として扱う。
