名前方向説明
localeLPCSTRin日時間隔書式化に用いるロケールの識別子文字列。
skeletonWORD*in日時の構成要素を示すスケルトンパターン(UTF-16)。
skeletonLengthINTinskeletonの長さ。-1でNUL終端として扱う。
tzIDWORD*in使用するタイムゾーンIDの文字列(UTF-16)。NULLで既定を使う。
tzIDLengthINTintzIDの長さ。-1でNUL終端として扱う。
statusUErrorCode*inoutエラーコードへのポインタ。書式化器生成の成否が反映される。
