パラメーター

名前方向説明
optionsDWORDinUTS46処理のオプションビット。UIDNA_DEFAULT等を指定する。
pErrorCodeUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードを入出力するポインタ。呼出前に成功値で初期化する。

戻り値の型: UIDNA*
