パラメーター

名前方向説明
hostIDDWORDin変換元のWindowsロケール識別子(LCID)。
localeLPSTRin対応するロケールIDを格納する出力バッファ。
localeCapacityINTinlocale バッファの容量(バイト)。
statusUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードを受け渡すポインタ。U_ZERO_ERRORへ初期化が必要。

戻り値の型: INT
