名前方向説明
uformatterUNumberRangeFormatter*in整形に用いるUNumberRangeFormatterオブジェクト。
firstDOUBLEin範囲の下端を表す倍精度浮動小数点値(double)。
secondDOUBLEin範囲の上端を表す倍精度浮動小数点値(double)。
uresultUFormattedNumberRange*inout整形結果を格納するUFormattedNumberRangeオブジェクト。
ecUErrorCode*inoutICUのエラーコード。呼び出し前に成功値で初期化する。
