パラメーター

名前方向説明
localeLPCSTRin複数形ルールを取得する対象のロケール名。ICUロケールIDを指定し、NULLで既定ロケール。
statusUErrorCode*inoutICUエラーコードの入出力ポインタ。事前にU_ZERO_ERRORへ初期化する。

戻り値の型: UPluralRules*
