名前方向説明
imageGpImage*inout保存する画像オブジェクトへのポインタ。
streamIStream*in画像データの書き込み先IStreamへのポインタ。
clsidEncoderGUID*in使用する画像エンコーダのCLSIDへのポインタ。
encoderParamsEncoderParameters*inエンコードパラメータへのポインタ。NULL可。
