メディアシンクからシンクライターを作成します。
戻り値
この関数が成功した場合は S_OK を返します。それ以外の場合は HRESULT エラーコードを返します。
解説(Remarks)
この関数を呼び出す前に CoInitialize(Ex) と MFStartup を呼び出してください。
メディアシンクの使用が終わったら、メディアシンクの IMFMediaSink::Shutdown メソッドを呼び出してください。(シンクライターはメディアシンクをシャットダウンしません。)メディアシンクで Shutdown を呼び出す前に、シンクライターを解放してください。
この関数は、Platform Update Supplement for Windows Vista がインストールされている場合に Windows Vista で利用できます。
