MCIに文字列コマンドを送信して制御する(ANSI版)。
DLLWINMM.dll文字セットANSI (-A)呼出規約winapi

パラメーター

名前方向説明
lpstrCommandLPCSTRin実行するMCIコマンド文字列(ANSI)。"open"等のコマンドを指定する。
lpstrReturnStringLPSTRoutoptionalコマンドの戻り情報を受け取るバッファ。不要ならNULL可。
uReturnLengthDWORDinlpstrReturnStringバッファの文字数サイズ。
hwndCallbackHWNDinoptionalnotify指定時に完了通知を受け取るウィンドウハンドル。不要ならNULL可。

戻り値の型: DWORD
