名前方向説明
PolicyDHCP_POLICY*inoutIP範囲を追加する対象のDHCP_POLICY構造体へのポインタ。
RangeDHCP_IP_RANGE*inポリシーに割り当てるIPアドレス範囲を表すDHCP_IP_RANGE構造体へのポインタ。
