名前方向説明
pRootCertCERT_CONTEXT*in信頼の起点となるルート証明書のコンテキストへのポインタ。
pLocalCertCERT_CONTEXT*inoptionalローカルノードの証明書コンテキストへのポインタ。
ppSecurityProviderDRT_SECURITY_PROVIDER**out生成された派生キーセキュリティプロバイダ構造体を受け取るポインタ。
