パラメーター

名前方向説明
scopeDRT_SCOPEinトランスポートの動作スコープ(グローバル/サイトローカル/リンクローカル)を表す列挙値。
dwScopeIdDWORDin複数スコープが存在する場合に対象を識別するスコープID。
dwLocalityThresholdDWORDin近接性判定の閾値。エントリの優先処理に影響する。
pwPortWORD*inout使用するUDPポート番号。0指定で自動割当てされ、実際の値が書き戻される。
phTransportvoid**out生成されたトランスポートハンドルを受け取るポインタ。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
