hDrtvoid*in対象のDRTインスタンスのハンドル。
ulcbInstanceNameSizeDWORDinpwzDrtInstanceNameが指すバッファのバイト数。
pwzDrtInstanceNameLPWSTRoutDRTインスタンス名を受け取るワイド文字列バッファ。
