名前方向説明
pApplicationIdGUID*in登録情報を取得するアプリケーションを識別するGUIDへのポインター。
registrationTypePEER_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION_TYPEin対象とする登録スコープを指定するPEER_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION_TYPE列挙値。
ppApplicationPEER_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION_INFO**out取得したPEER_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION_INFO構造体を受け取る出力。PeerFreeDataで解放する。
