パラメーター

名前方向説明
UncPathLPCWSTRin変換元のUNCパス文字列。
UrlLPWSTRoutoptional変換結果のHTTP URLを受け取る呼び出し側確保のバッファ。
lpSizeDWORD*inout入力でバッファ容量(文字数)、出力で必要サイズを受け渡すDWORDポインタ。

戻り値の型: DWORD
