名前方向説明
hClusterHCLUSTERinアフィニティルールを作成する対象クラスタへのハンドル。
ruleNameLPCWSTRin作成するアフィニティルールの名前を指すワイド文字列。
ruleTypeCLUS_AFFINITY_RULE_TYPEinルールの種類(同居/分離、強制/優先)を示す列挙値。
