名前方向説明
hResourceHRESOURCEinクォーラムに設定するリソースへのハンドル。
lpszDeviceNameLPCWSTRinoptionalクォーラムデバイス名(パーティション)を指すワイド文字列。
dwMaxQuorumLogSizeDWORDinクォーラムログの最大サイズ(バイト)を指定する。
lpszReasonLPCWSTRinoptional操作理由を記録するためのワイド文字列。監査用で不要ならNULL可。
