名前方向説明
hResolvervoid*inWinHttpCreateProxyResolver 関数によって返される WinHTTP リゾルバーハンドルです。
ProxySettingsTypeWINHTTP_PROXY_SETTINGS_TYPEinプロキシ設定の種類です。
pProxySettingsParamWINHTTP_PROXY_SETTINGS_PARAM*inoptionalWINHTTP_PROXY_SETTINGS_PARAM への省略可能なポインターです。
pContextUINT_PTRinoptional完了コールバック関数に渡されるコンテキストデータを格納する DWORD への省略可能なポインターです。
