名前方向説明
hSessionvoid*inWinHttpOpenで取得したセッションハンドル。バージョン照会の対象。
pdwProxySettingsVersionDWORD*out現在のプロキシ設定バージョン番号を受け取るDWORDポインタ。出力用。
