hEnumHandleHANDLEinFindFirstUrlCacheContainerAが返した列挙ハンドル。次のコンテナ取得に使う。
lpContainerInfoINTERNET_CACHE_CONTAINER_INFOA*out次のキャッシュコンテナ情報を受け取るINTERNET_CACHE_CONTAINER_INFOA構造体へのポインタ。ANSI版。
lpcbContainerInfoDWORD*inout入力でバッファサイズ(バイト)、出力で必要サイズを受け取るDWORDへのポインタ。
