パラメーター

名前方向説明
hUrlCacheStreamHANDLEinRetrieveUrlCacheEntryStreamで取得したキャッシュストリームのハンドル。
qwLocationULONGLONGin読み取り開始位置のオフセットを表す64ビット値。大容量ファイルに対応する。
lpBuffervoid*out読み取ったデータを受け取るバッファへのポインター。
lpdwLenDWORD*inoutlpBufferのサイズ(バイト)を入出力する。実際に読み取ったバイト数が返る。

戻り値の型: BOOL
