hUrlCacheStreamvoid*in読み取り対象のキャッシュエントリストリームのハンドル。
ullLocationULONGLONGin読み取りを開始するストリーム先頭からのオフセット(バイト)。
pBuffervoid*inout読み取ったデータを格納するバッファへのポインタ。
dwBufferLenDWORDinpBufferのサイズ(バイト)、すなわち最大読み取り量。
pdwBufferLenDWORD*out実際に読み取ったバイト数を受け取るDWORDへのポインタ。
