パラメーター

名前方向説明
dwScopeIdDWORDinレベルのスコープ(マシン/ユーザー)を示す識別子。
dwLevelIdDWORDin作成する信頼レベルの識別子(完全許可/制限付き/許可しない等)。
OpenFlagsDWORDinレベルオープン時の動作を制御するフラグ。
pLevelHandleSAFER_LEVEL_HANDLE*out作成されたSAFERレベルハンドルを受け取る出力先。SaferCloseLevelで解放する。
lpReservedvoid*optional予約パラメータ。NULLを指定する。

戻り値の型: BOOL
