名前方向説明
pcsiCERT_SELECTUI_INPUT*in選択UIの入力条件を指定するCERT_SELECTUI_INPUT構造体へのポインタ。
ppOutBuffervoid**outシリアライズされた証明書BLOBを受け取るバッファのアドレスを格納するポインタ。
pulOutBufferSizeDWORD*out出力BLOBのサイズ(バイト)を受け取るポインタ。
