pwszWizardTitleLPCWSTRinoptionalウィザードのタイトル文字列。NULL可。
pDigitalSignInfoCRYPTUI_WIZ_DIGITAL_SIGN_INFO*in署名対象や証明書などの署名情報を格納したCRYPTUI_WIZ_DIGITAL_SIGN_INFO構造体へのポインタ。
ppSignContextCRYPTUI_WIZ_DIGITAL_SIGN_CONTEXT**outoptional生成された署名コンテキストCRYPTUI_WIZ_DIGITAL_SIGN_CONTEXTのアドレスを受け取るポインタ。NULL可。
