名前方向説明
pdwProviderCountDWORD*out列挙されたプロトコルプロバイダの数を受け取る出力先。
ppProviderListNCryptProviderName**out列挙されたプロバイダ名一覧NCryptProviderNameを受け取る出力先。
dwFlagsDWORDin動作を制御するフラグ。
