名前方向説明
phSslProviderNCRYPT_PROV_HANDLE*out開いたSSLプロバイダのハンドルを受け取る出力先。
pszProviderNameLPCWSTRin開くSSLプロバイダ名。NULLで既定プロバイダ。
dwFlagsDWORDin動作を制御するフラグ。
