topNBinariesDWORDin取得する上位バイナリの件数。
binaryStatsDIAGNOSTIC_DATA_EVENT_BINARY_STATS**outバイナリ別統計の配列DIAGNOSTIC_DATA_EVENT_BINARY_STATSのアドレスを受け取るポインタ。
