名前方向説明
pProvDataCRYPT_PROVIDER_DATA*inout検証結果を保持するCRYPT_PROVIDER_DATA構造体へのポインタ。
pgProviderIDGUID*inout取得対象のプライベートデータを識別するプロバイダーGUIDへのポインタ。
