DecompressorHandleDECOMPRESSOR_HANDLEin展開処理に使用する展開ハンドル。
CompressedDatavoid*inoptional展開元となる圧縮データバッファへのポインタ。
CompressedDataSizeUINT_PTRinCompressedDataのバイト単位のサイズ。
UncompressedBuffervoid*outoptional展開結果を格納する出力バッファへのポインタ。必要サイズ算出時はNULL可。
UncompressedBufferSizeUINT_PTRinUncompressedBufferのバイト単位の容量。
UncompressedDataSizeUINT_PTR*outoptional実際の展開後データサイズを受け取るUINT_PTRへのポインタ。出力用。
