名前方向説明
pinstanceJET_INSTANCE*out生成されたインスタンスハンドルを受け取るJET_INSTANCEポインタ。
szInstanceNameCHAR*inoptionalインスタンスを識別する一意の名前を指すANSI文字列。NULL可。
szDisplayNameCHAR*inoptionalパフォーマンスモニタ等に表示する名前を指すANSI文字列。NULL可。
grbitDWORDin予約済みのオプションフラグ。通常は0を指定する。
