名前方向説明
pBaseUriIUri*in基準となるベースのIUriオブジェクトへのポインタ。
pRelativeUriIUri*inベースに結合する相対側のIUriオブジェクトへのポインタ。
dwCombineFlagsDWORDin結合動作を制御するフラグ。URL_*を指定する。
ppCombinedUriIUri**out結合結果のIUriオブジェクトを受け取る出力ポインタ。
dwReservedUINT_PTRinoptional予約パラメータ。0を指定する必要がある。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
