名前方向説明
pBCIBindCtx*inコールバックを登録する対象のバインドコンテキスト(IBindCtx)へのポインタ。
pBSCbIBindStatusCallback*in登録するIBindStatusCallbackへのポインタ。
ppBSCBPrevIBindStatusCallback**out以前登録されていたコールバックを受け取る出力ポインタ。NULL可。
dwReservedDWORDin予約パラメータ。0を指定する必要がある。
