名前方向説明
hObjectHANDLEinアクセス権を設定する対象オブジェクトのハンドル。
ieObjectTypeIEObjectTypein対象オブジェクトの種別を示すIEObjectType値。
dwAccessMaskDWORDin付与するアクセスマスク。許可するアクセス権ビットを指定する。
