パラメーター

名前方向説明
pIUriIUri*inoptionalビルダーの初期値とする既存のIUri。NULLなら空のビルダーが作られる。
dwFlagsDWORDin予約済みフラグ。0を指定する。
dwReservedUINT_PTRin予約済みパラメーター。0を指定する。
ppIUriBuilderIUriBuilder**out生成されたIUriBuilderインターフェイスを受け取る出力ポインター。URIを部分ごとに編集できる。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
