filterDECODING_SOURCEin列挙対象を絞り込むデコードソース種別(DECODING_SOURCE)。
bufferPROVIDER_ENUMERATION_INFO*outoptional列挙結果を受け取るPROVIDER_ENUMERATION_INFO構造体。
bufferSizeDWORDin出力バッファのサイズ(バイト)。
bufferRequiredDWORD*out必要なバッファサイズ(バイト)を受け取る出力ポインタ。
