名前方向説明
HandleTDH_HANDLEinTdhOpenDecodingHandleで取得したデコードハンドル。設定対象を指す。
TdhContextTDH_CONTEXT*in設定するデコードパラメータを格納したTDH_CONTEXT構造体へのポインタ。
