名前方向説明
ReturnCountDWORD*out返されるポート予約エントリの個数を受け取るポインタ。
PortEntriesHCN_PORT_RANGE_ENTRY**out予約エントリ配列を受け取るポインタ。Hcn専用解放関数で要解放。
