名前方向説明
QueryLPCWSTRin列挙条件を指定するJSON形式のクエリ文字列。フィルタ無しなら空またはNULL。
LoadBalancerLPWSTR*out一致したロードバランサのID群をJSON配列で受け取るポインタ。要解放。
ErrorRecordLPWSTR*outoptional失敗時にエラー詳細のJSON文字列を受け取るポインタ。不要ならNULL可、要解放。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
