virtualAddressULONGLONGin物理アドレスへ変換するゲスト仮想アドレスを指定する。
physicalAddressULONGLONG*out変換結果のゲスト物理アドレスを受け取る出力ポインタ。
unmappedRegionSizeULONGLONG*outoptional未マップ領域が連続する場合のサイズを受け取る出力ポインタ。NULL可。
